Access to clean water is a game-changer; a stepping stone to development. When people have access to clean and safe water, they are in a better position to practice good hygiene and sanitation.
Global aider will support these communities with drilled boreholes and intensive education on waterbody protection. such poor conditions negatively impact lives and bring about generational poverty since it affects areas such as the economy, effective education, local trade, and healthcare.

Water scarcity in Africa is predicted to reach dangerously high levels by 2025. It is estimated that about two-thirds of the world's population may suffer from freshwater shortage by 2025. The main causes of water scarcity in Africa are physical and economic scarcity, rapid population growth, and Climate change. People in communities with water scarcity sometimes have to walk several miles just to find clean water. most of these people do not have any other option than to use the same water as their livestock. Families depend on very unclean and unsafe water for their daily activities including cooking, cleaning, farming, etc.
